GETTING YOUR FAST COVID-19 TEST RESULTS IS EASIER THAN EVER!

Follow directions below for your quick testing options:

1. Click on COVID testing Registration form

2. Complete Registration form

3. You will be contacted within 30 minutes to schedule testing

4. You will be emailed an invoice

a. Pull up services at our convenient office location

b. Individual Test $50

c. Group/Corporate Rates available (Must be 10 or more test)

d. Mobile Services available within 30 mile radius $60

e. Same day appointments (add $10 convenience fee)

5. A technician will perform your test as scheduled and verbally give results via phone within 15

min.

6. Official test results will be emailed within the hour.
